Like your beloved vintage motorcycle jacket, pair of favorite boots, well traveled leather tote the gorgeous hand dyed leather in this collection will carry the stories of your life.
Each Bonita Necklace is handcrafted to create a unique, stand out necklace that is beautiful, durable, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable to wear. Beginning with 100% hand dyed leather cord that is hand woven and knotted, the Bonita Necklace is created with minimal to zero waste from start to finish.
A note about heritage leather. This necklace is designed to age like your favorite handbag or boot. Like all beloved leather pieces, it will soften and may show wear from time to time and require conditioning. We recommend Coach leather moisturizer. This leather is different from the 2020 leather collection. I was able to source a hand dyed matte leather cord, made right here in the USA. It has a soft, matte finish and beautiful drape. Like all fine leather, it might feel a bit stiff at first, but after a few wears will soften like your favorite boots. Because of the hand dyed nature of this leather, please initially wear with like colors.
