SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be filled. All of our designs are handmade in our West Marin, California studio and many of our designs are made to order, just for you.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail in reusable and recyclable shipping materials with carbon offsets.

Orders weighing less than 1 lb ship First Class, orders over 1 lb ship Priority Mail.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders ship for a $5 flat fee. 

USPS First Class Shipping takes 3-5 business days from the time your order is filled and leaves the studio. 

USPS Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days from the time your order is fulled and leaves the studio. 

INTERNAITONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship for a flat fee of $35 and to Canada for $25

International orders ship USPS Priority Mail and take between 6 - 12 business days from the time your order is fulled and leaves the studio. 

Expedited shipping is available by request. If you need to send a gift on time, or need a design to wear for an upcoming special event, please do not hesitate to contact us at zelmarose@gmail.com with subject EXPEDITED SHIPPING. We will do all we can to fill your order quickly and get it to you as soon as possible.

All sales are currently final. We are not offering returns or exchanges at this time.
