Lisa will offer a conversation and workshop with an introduction to the These Three Things Project - a nearly 2-year daily practice of recording three things she has learned every day; along with a discussion of how committing to a daily practice enlivens curiosity, deepens devotion, and increases self-acceptance. A brief discussion will take place with some introductory ideas into how to begin your own daily practice, followed by a Q+A.
