1. And again with this mantra. Shit is incessant. I guess what I've learned in all this is, have something basic to stand on and return to for all the days that seem like chaotic dumpster fires.

Today I promise to be my best self. To be an outstanding mother, a passionate artist, a good friend, and an open hearted woman. I will get on the mat, create with great abandon in the studio, and remember wherever there is a lock, there is always a key. I am sending love to those who need it, and those who don't think they do. I'm going to start here. Small but mighty.  

2. Atlas Obscura. Looking for a daily vacation from reality? More so? This book is such a gem. Filled with interesting tidbits from all over the world, just a few pages will provide a much needed breath of fresh air. Plus you'll learn a bunch of really cool shit.

3. There is never a moment when I don't feel completely and utterly rushed. To say that isn't the case would be a lie. Yoga is the only place where I can shake the feeling that I better hurry up.  I hate it. Hate it.
