1. This is slightly more difficult when the power is out 😊

2. Today my daughter taught me how to rock climb, or more precisely, boulder. We had a great time. After she was born, I've had many years of not being in good physical shape. Whether it's been long lasting edema, hormones, back pain, etc., the list goes on. Yoga continues to transform my body and for the first time in many years I faced a new physical challenge with certainty that I could do it. I had a moment of doubt but shook it off as a quick sensation and got down to business.

3. There are few things that feel worse then pretending you aren't scared of something so your kids won't freak out.
