1. Don't underestimate the power of simply showing up. It's a start, and can often times be a strong one. 

2. The hamstring is a pretty amazing muscle. Weakness and tightness of the muscle can impact the lower back, knees, ankles, and even the positioning of the feet. By strengthening the hamstrings we can get the ever sensitive psoas to finally really relax. Which by the way is a life saver. The psoas can be a real pain in the ass. 

3. I bought Paul's Boutique on vinyl today and it was by far the best decision I've made all week.
