At Zelma Rose we want you to have an amazing shopping experience. Please read the important policies below before purchasing.

ORDERING

All Zelma Rose designs are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for your design to be created and ready for shipment. If an item has a waitlist, we will let you know immediately after ordering. If you need your item expediated we will do everytihgn possible to meet you delivery needs. Typically our waitlist adds an addtional 5 business days to our processing time. 

PAYMENT

CA residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax. This will be added on during checkout to purchase and shipping cost.

SHIPPING

I'm proud to offer USPS Priority Shipping on all orders!

Your purchase will arrive beautifully wrapped and ready for giving.

DOMESTIC ORDERS will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This normally takes 2-3 business days. If you are in need of faster service, contact us at zelmarose@gmail.com and we will email you a price quote for faster shipping. I am happy to upgrade to Express Mail, if requested. Please let me know and any additional charges will be added to your PayPal invoice. Due to size, wholesale orders are excluded from this free domestic shipping rate.

CANADIAN ORDERS will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time will vary and may take up to 12 days. Due to size, wholesale orders are excluded from this flat international shipping rate. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade shipping on an international order and I'll send a revised invoice. Zelma Rose is not responsible for any customs or duty fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time will vary and may take up to 14 days. Due to size, wholesale orders are excluded from this flat international shipping rate. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade shipping on an international order and I'll send a revised invoice. Zelma Rose is not responsible for any customs or duty fees.


Unfortunately, on occasion, things do get lost or damaged in the mail. Zelma Rose cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or orders that arrive late due to delayed or poor service on the part of USPS, bad weather or other creative acts of mother nature.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your Zelma Rose purchase. It's essential that our designs are made to last, but with all handmade creations, there are some limitations to their durability. Please carefully read the care notes in the FAQ. I am happy to do repairs for damages sustained through normal wear and tear, and I will charge only for shipping. I will also happily do other repairs for a fee. Please contact me to discuss requests.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact me within 1 week of receiving your order regarding exchange for item(s)of equal value. Custom orders cannot be exchanged. Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer and items must be returned for exchange in sellable and new condition.

FAQs

1)Is the item in the picture the actual item I will be receiving?

The pictures are representative of the piece(s) you are purchasing. I make every effort to make the individual pieces as similar as possible to the item pictured, but because of the handmade nature of the items, your piece will have some small variation that makes it unique.

2)What materials are used in Zelma Rose creations?

I use the finest 100% cotton fabrics and embroidery thread in my designs. All my chains and pendants are nickle and lead free and made right here in the USA.

3)How do I care for my Zelma Rose creations?

Kindly remember that fabric and stitching are sensitive to the elements. I recommend taking items off when showering, swimming or sleeping. If possible, keep your items in an airtight container (a Ziploc bag works just fine) as this will keep them safe and cozy. Bow Ties should be dry cleaned and ironed with steam. Pocket Squares can be washed in the washing machine with warm water and low heat dry.

4)Do you do custom orders?

YES! I love to do custom work, it's so exciting! Contact me and we can discuss creating something just for you.

5)Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, I do. If you are interested in including Zelma Rose creations in your boutique or gallery, please contact me for a line sheet.
